The Process

The journey to owning an imported vehicle doesn't have to be like a trip to the dentist, frustrating and costly!!

Many of our customers start out as people asking us how they could make sure that the vehicle they are purchasing would not be rejected for compliance. After explaining that a thorough examination of the entire car, including the structural integrity of the under body, should suffice, many people query how that is possible.

 We advice them to get someone competent with the Australian Design Rules and rejection criteria to inspect and give their financial guarantee that the vehicle will pass the Initial Inspection, a service that all credible agents and brokers should provide for a customer’s piece of mind.

However, this is not always the case, with many people returning to us saying that their agents could give no such guarantee, causing them to reconsider owning an import.

This is where we come in!

We offer the same service, at the same price as the agents, BUT:

• an inspection is carried out by a RAWS Vic signatory prior to purchase
• we guarantee your car can be complied or your money back! 

If you have already purchased your car and need assistance or information on how to get the vehicle to Australia, we are more than happy to help.

We can direct you to customs agents, transport companies and any other service that you require if needed. We’re here to help you any step of the way, OR, we can do everything for you!

If time is a constraining factor for you, but you have to own that import you’ve been eying, then all you need to do is choose a car from a selection of inspected vehicles, pay a 10% deposit, then come back when your car is complied, registered and ready to drive away, simple! And you’re more than welcome to come and view the car at any step of the process. How many agents offer that service?!!

For those customers that live out of state, we can register your car here in Queensland and then send it to you, so all you need to do is the change of ownership, not worry about the hassle of spending the day at a rego station!
